Excursion to Gyumri – second largest city in Armenia, also known as «City of Masters». Originally Gyumri has assumed a Kumayri and the first reminiscence of the city came from Urartian inscriptions from 8th century BC. Gyumri has a lot to offer, extant arts and crafts traditions, cuisine, music, and humor. Tour contains visit to Dzitoghtsants Ethnographic Museum, Aslamazyan Sisters’ Museum, Aruchavank, introduction to the traditions and habits of old Gyumri, a ride in downtown on a horse-drawn break across charming narrow streets and alleys, visit at a local blacksmiths, ceramics and different masters’ workshops, dinner in Old Gyumri style, Ani, Marmashen, visit at Arpi Lake National Park, Harchivank, and different activities, return to Yerevan.

Visit St. Gregory Church (Aruchavank) in Aruch – it is a medieval dome-shaped church. Coffee break at Aslamazyan House-Museum and tour around the museum’s exposition. Walking tour around downtown Gyumri, lunch afterwards. Next up is a visit to Dzitoghtsyan Ethnographic Museum with introduction to traditions and habits of the city. Drive to Gyumri with a horse-drawn break, visit local crafts’ masters. Excursion to Marmashen – one of the famous medieval centers for culture and religion. Dinner in style in Old Gyumri. Relax and overnight in the city.
Trip to Arpi Lake National Park – the area of Arpi Lake is a habitat for numerous birds, plants, and reptiles. Some of them are registered in the International Red book. Lunch in Gyumri and museum tour, visit the antique Ani ruins, a trip to Harichavank, come back to Yerevan.
