One of the northern provinces of Armenia is Tavush. It’s famous for an unexplainable beautiful wilderness, nature, fruits, traditions and people. One of the most important cities of Province is Dilijan. This tour will take you to this old but bold city. Our tour offers this routine: Dilijan – Parz Lake – Goshavank Monastery – Haghartsin Monastery and barbeque in tonir style at Daravand – visit at house-museum of Vanik Sharambeyan’s – master class at the reserve of folk art – coffee in Tufenkian Old Dilijan Complex.

We will arrive at Dilijan and visit three monasteries: Aghavnavank, Jukhtak (Twin) and Matosavank. Later, we will take a walk in Dilijan, visit the ethnographic district and House-Museum of Vanik Sharambeyan, which is a reserve of folk arts. After lunch, we will go for a trip to Parz Lake, which in Armenian means ‘Clean Lake’. After dinner, will have time for rest and overnight stay in Dilijan.
On the second day, we will visit Goshavank and Haghartsin Monasteries, have lunch at Tufenkian Old Dilijan Complex. After walk-through in Dilijan, we will participate in tonir-style barbeque in Daravand, before heading back to Yerevan.

Goshavank: This Monastery is very unusual because it is located on high hills: surrounded by Armenian high mountains and unbelievable nature.
